Inside ovens, refrigerators, and cabinets; interior windows; laundry; and other extras need an agreed scope. Tell us what you want included so we can confirm the price. Deep cleaning adds detail work such as baseboards; it doesn't turn every optional extra into an included task.

DC Ranch includes Country Club, Desert Camp, Desert Parks and Silverleaf villages. Desert Camp alone includes detached homes, patio homes, condos and townhomes. Give us your village and home type when requesting recurring cleaning so we can quote the residence you actually use, including any additional spaces you want included.
Silverleaf is a village within DC Ranch, with estate properties and residential enclaves. For a home with a casita, guest rooms or specialty finishes, identify those spaces before the quote. We will discuss the agreed cleaning scope; restoration, art handling and other specialist work should not be assumed included.
Tell us about the materials and surfaces in your home, especially natural stone, specialty fixtures, and large glass areas. Share manufacturer care instructions where available. Routine cleaning, mineral-deposit treatment, interior-window cleaning, and restoration are different jobs; we'll confirm which work is included.
If you spend part of the year elsewhere, discuss service during the months you're in residence and a separately scheduled clean before you return. Confirm entry permission and the desired date in advance. Cleaning service does not include security checks, repair supervision, or home-watch inspections.

You don't need to be home during the clean. Share your approved entry method and how the home should be secured afterward. If you can join the final walkthrough, review the completed work with us. If you can't, arrange completion updates with our team.
