Choose the Work Before the Interval
Regular upkeep covers agreed kitchen surfaces, stovetop and microwave; bathrooms; accessible dusting, floors, trash and beds with clean sheets you supply. Compare the deep-clean checklist for accumulated buildup. Oven and refrigerator interiors and interior windows need separate confirmation.
For example, request the regularly used kitchen and bathrooms every visit, then discuss a guest bedroom before visitors arrive. This is a planning example, not a customer job or an automatic inclusion. Identify rooms to add or skip before the appointment so scope and price can be confirmed.
Plan the Rooms and Confirm Arrival Privately
McDowell Mountain Ranch includes gated and non-gated neighborhoods and several housing types. Tell us your subdivision or building and whether the visit is for a condo, townhome or detached home. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
Give Busy Spaces a Deeper First Visit
A kitchen in daily use, frequently used bathrooms and interior entry floors can need more attention at the start than on a maintenance visit. We strongly recommend a first deep clean to address the agreed buildup before recurring cleaning begins.
Tell us about delicate finishes and any manufacturer care instructions. The deep clean has its own confirmed checklist and price; the recurring plan is agreed separately. See the deep-cleaning scope before choosing your starting visit.
Four Intervals, Chosen Around Your Week
Weekly visits provide frequent help with active shared spaces. Biweekly cleaning returns every two weeks. Every Three Weeks service means a 21-day interval and more upkeep between appointments; monthly means one agreed visit each month.
Pets, busy shared rooms and the upkeep you handle between visits help determine the right interval. Use our recurring house-cleaning guide to compare the ongoing task list.
Keep Guest Rooms and Workspaces in the Conversation
A home office may need a specific time when the cleaner can enter. A guest bedroom may be outside the regular checklist until visitors are expected. Identify those spaces before the first quote, and tell us when their use changes.
Confirm any added room or extra task before the appointment so the scope and price remain clear. For other communities nearby, our North Scottsdale guide helps you find the relevant area page.
Your Recurring Quote and Cleaner
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
