Not automatically. We recommend the smaller service when it fits. If the home needs a reset before recurring care can maintain it, we’ll explain why and show you the scope difference before you decide.
Biweekly works well for most busy households. Weekly is best for pets, children, frequent entertaining, or anyone who wants the home consistently handled. Monthly works for lighter-use homes, but more buildup accumulates between visits.
Yes. Add-ons are agreed before work begins, so the scope and price stay clear. Review the current add-on list or call us about a surface or task you do not see.
Cleaning Day
Access can be simple, pets can stay comfortable, and you do not have to rearrange your day around us.
You do not need to be home while we clean. We highly recommend joining the cleaning team for the final walkthrough so you can review the completed work together and make sure you receive the five-star experience you deserve. If you cannot be there, that is completely fine—we will send completion photos instead. Just share your approved access method, such as a garage code, lockbox, concierge, or front desk.
No. Our cleaners bring the supplies and equipment required for the quoted service. If a specialty surface requires a product you prefer, leave it out with clear instructions and tell our team before the visit.
Clear floors and surfaces let us spend more time cleaning instead of moving belongings. Secure private documents and valuables, tell us about delicate surfaces, and place pets wherever they will be most comfortable while equipment moves through the home.
One or two for most homes, depending on size and routing. Larger homes may receive a multi-cleaner team so the work can finish the same day without lowering the standard. Your flat price does not change based on crew size.
Yes. Tell us your pet’s name, temperament, and whether a door or gate must stay closed. If your pet is anxious around vacuums or unfamiliar people, a comfortable separate room is usually easiest for everyone.
What You Can Expect

Yes. Every cleaner passes a criminal background check before their first job and is covered by general liability insurance while providing service.
We prioritize continuity whenever scheduling allows. Illness, time off, and availability can require a different cleaner, so we never make a promise we cannot keep. Your home notes, preferences, and checklist stay documented for every professional assigned to your home.
Tell us within 24 hours. Our Make-It-Right Guarantee means we return and re-clean the missed checklist item free. The published checklist defines the standard before the visit, so there is no guessing about what “done” means.
Rescheduling is free when you tell us before the visit. Cancelling with at least 24 hours’ notice is also free. A cancellation inside 24 hours—or a lockout when the team arrives—carries a $50 fee because the route and cleaner time have already been reserved.
For health and safety reasons, we do not handle bodily fluids, pet waste, active infestations, or hazardous materials. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances, climb beyond a two-step ladder, or perform exterior work requiring specialty equipment. Ask before the visit if a task is unusual.

Yes. Recurring visits are priced below comparable one-time work, and more frequent service generally costs less per visit because less buildup accumulates between cleanings.
We accept credit and debit cards. A card authorization may appear the day before service, but funds are not captured until after the cleaning is completed.
Not without a conversation and your approval. If the condition or requested scope is materially different from what was quoted, we explain it before additional work begins—not after the cleaning is finished.
