Choose the Right Starting Service
- Routine upkeep once: request a one-time Standard clean for the agreed rooms. Every visit has a $180 minimum. We confirm the price for your home before booking.
- Regular upkeep: request a recurring cleaning checklist for the rooms you use each week.
- Built-up dirt before ongoing visits: compare deep cleaning. We strongly recommend a separately quoted initial deep clean when catch-up work is needed; it is not a required extra visit for every home.
- An empty home at handover: review move cleaning and tell us the handover date, remaining belongings and requested appliance interiors.

Do I Need to Be Home?
No. Arrange access privately with our office after booking. We recommend being home for the final walkthrough on your first few cleans.
When Will My Cleaner Arrive?
Arrival is within two hours of your scheduled time; a 10 a.m. appointment means arrival between 10 a.m. and noon. This is an arrival window, not the length of the clean.
Can I Reschedule My Clean?
Rescheduling is always free. Contact us to choose another available date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and lockouts on arrival carry a $50 fee. See our service terms.
Is a Card Required to Book?
Yes. A card on file is required to book, with a temporary hold 24 hours before the clean. A hold is not a charge; review our payment terms before booking.
