We plan your apartment cleaning before the first visit. The office arranges access with you privately after booking. These details help us prepare:
- Building and unit address — a landmark alone isn’t enough for arrival.
- Cleaning priorities — identify the rooms and surfaces you want cleaned. Certificate of insurance available on request.
- Surface care — tell us about delicate finishes or areas to leave untouched.
Access details stay between you and the office after booking. Pets and doors to keep closed go in your home notes once the plan is set.

Deep-clean detail, interior windows, laundry, wall spot cleaning and other published add-ons are confirmed before the visit.

Lease-End Cleaning
Apartment Move-Out Cleaning Before Your Lease Ends
Lease-end and move-out cleans follow the move column on our checklist. In an empty unit that includes inside the oven and inside the refrigerator, plus inside cabinets and drawers, pantry shelves, medicine cabinets, closets and wet-wiped blinds where listed.
Tell us your move date, whether the unit will be empty, and any landlord or checklist items you must meet. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit. Deposit decisions rest with your landlord or property manager.

Do you clean studios and one-bedrooms?
Yes. We clean studios, one-bedrooms and larger units. Your quote follows size, condition, rooms and schedule — not a public bedroom price list. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
Can you work with my building’s front desk or management?
Yes. Contact the office privately to coordinate your visit after booking. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Do I need to be home?
No. Once access is arranged with the office, you don’t need to be home. Tell us about pets and which doors stay closed.
What’s included in apartment move-out cleaning?
Move-out follows the empty-home checklist: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and the other move-column tasks on our published checklist. Shared building areas are not included.
Do you clean penthouses and private high-rise residences?
Yes. We clean penthouses and private high-rise homes, including luxury and high-rise units in areas such as Kierland. We’ll go over care instructions for your finishes before the first visit.
