How We Clean a Scottsdale Apartment
Before the first visit we record what your unit is made of and where it collects dust first. That record is your house file, and it travels with the crew to every visit after. Every room is cleaned top-down so nothing settles on a finished floor. Bathroom cloths never touch a kitchen counter. Window and balcony-slider cleaning needs an agreed scope. Mention the surfaces you want included when requesting your quote; the recurring checklist does not automatically include every glass surface. An initial deep clean and recurring maintenance have separate checklists and quotes. Describe existing buildup and confirm the first-visit checklist and price separately. Before the visit, clear loose belongings from the surfaces and floors to be cleaned, secure private papers and valuables, and tell the office about pets or rooms to leave untouched. Appliance interiors and interior windows need separate scope confirmation.

Your unit is assigned to one crew, and we schedule that crew for every visit. By the third or fourth visit they know which cabinet sticks, which counter is marble, and where the cat hides. If your cleaner is out, you hear from us before anyone arrives, the replacement works from your house file, and your crew is back the next visit. Nothing has to be explained twice.

You get before-and-after photos of every job. If a room was missed, let us know within 24 hours and the crew comes back at no charge. Every cleaner is background-checked and insured. Your price is one number, agreed before we arrive, and it does not change at the door.
