Choose the Work Before the Schedule
For routine upkeep, request one-time standard cleaning. Compare standard tasks.
Request recurring cleaning for ongoing upkeep; choose an interval below.
Compare deep scope and request a deep clean. Appliance interiors and interior windows are separately quoted; recurring visits are optional.
Compare move scope and request move cleaning for an empty home. Include separate guest spaces.
Choose the Interval for Your DC Ranch Household
Weekly cleaning means a visit every seven days. Choose it when your kitchen, bathrooms and living areas need more frequent help between work, family and other plans.
Biweekly cleaning runs every 14 days, about 26 visits a year. It can suit a home where you handle daily spills and tidying but want the recurring checklist handled regularly.
Monthly cleaning is one visit a month. It supplements the upkeep you do between visits or provides a scheduled clean for a lightly used home. It is not a deep clean by default.
Every-three-weeks service is also available, every 21 days. Tell us how much of the home is in daily use rather than choosing an interval from square footage alone.
Recurring Prices for DC Ranch
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
In a Desert Camp townhome, list the rooms in your residence. For a larger Country Club or Silverleaf home, identify extra bathrooms, guest rooms and any separate casita so the quote covers the spaces you want.
- We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
- Review the recurring checklist and identify optional extras before confirming the visit.
From Your Village to a Confirmed Cleaning Plan
Market Street Villas and the Courtyards at Market Street are in Desert Camp. Terraces East and Terraces West are in Desert Parks. Include your neighborhood and address with the quote request so the office can plan for the correct residence.
The office coordinates your DC Ranch visit privately after booking.
List the kitchen, baths, bedrooms and living spaces you want cleaned, then note materials that need particular care. Our room-by-room checklist explains the regular work; appliance interiors and other extras should be discussed before the visit.
A Separate Plan for Silverleaf Villas and Estates
Silverleaf is part of DC Ranch, with both villas and custom hillside homes. If your main question is how to plan cleaning around guest spaces or time away, our Silverleaf house-cleaning page covers those decisions in more detail.
A monthly cleaning appointment covers agreed cleaning tasks. It does not replace a home-watch inspection or property management while you are away. Tell us your return date if you want to discuss a separate arrival clean.
Stone Surfaces and First-Visit Priorities
Tell us which rooms have travertine, limestone, marble or other special finishes, and share the manufacturer's care instructions. Natural stone gets pH-neutral cleaners and soft cloths; vinegar, bleach and acidic descalers stay off those surfaces.
We highly recommend starting with a deep clean to address accumulated buildup on the agreed detail-cleaning checklist. If you want ongoing care, choose weekly, biweekly, every-three-weeks or monthly visits to maintain your home. The initial deep clean is recommended, not mandatory, and its scope and price are quoted separately. Cleaning does not include stone restoration, floor refinishing or repair.

Questions About DC Ranch
Do You Clean All Four DC Ranch Villages?
Yes. Greater Phoenix Cleaning cleans Country Club, Desert Camp, Desert Parks, and Silverleaf in DC Ranch, Scottsdale. Name the village and the neighborhood, such as Montelena, The Haciendas, or Arcadia ICON at Silverleaf. Call or text (623) 400-8372 to talk through a village schedule.
How Should I Describe a Silverleaf Estate?
Say that the house is in Silverleaf on the McDowell Mountain hillsides, note stone floors, and list extra baths, a casita, or a guest wing. The Silverleaf Club and Copper Ridge School are useful landmarks. Desert dust on hillside stone is part of the regular checklist conversation.
Do You Clean Condominiums and Apartments in DC Ranch?
Yes. Condominiums, townhomes, and apartments in Desert Camp and Desert Parks are cleaned as residences. Tell us the building and the unit so the visit matches that home.
How Do You Get Through the DC Ranch Guard Gates?
After you book, the office arranges arrival details for the village home privately, and the same cleaner returns each visit so the arrangement is made once.
Do You Clean Travertine and Marble Safely?
Yes. Natural stone gets pH-neutral cleaners and soft cloths. We do not use vinegar, bleach, or acidic descalers on stone. If you have a care sheet from your installer, we follow it.
