Bathrooms
Inside cabinets and the medicine cabinet, shower door, track and glass cleaned and dried, tile grout scrubbed, toilet inside and out, mirrors, sinks and counters, blinds dusted and wiped, and baseboards dusted and wiped down.
Bedrooms, Closets and Living Areas
Closets cleaned, blinds dusted and wiped, doors and frames wiped down, baseboards dusted and wiped, ceiling fans, light switches and door knobs, window sills and frames, and floors vacuumed or mopped. Need interior windows or another extra? Ask, and we add it to your quote.
After the Movers, Before the Keys
Book the clean for after the last box is out and before the new owner or tenant gets the keys. Empty rooms let us reach every baseboard, closet and cabinet, and the dust that comes in with the movers gets cleaned too. Selling? Tell us your closing date when you ask for a price. Away already? You don’t need to be home. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.

We point out heavy hard-water buildup on glass and agree on it with you before we treat it. A dull patch on stone can be etching, not dirt, and that is a job for a stone-restoration specialist.
