Keep the Inspection and Deposit Separate
We can help with the cleaning, but we can’t guarantee that your deposit comes back, and we can’t replace your property manager’s inspection. Tell us about stains, damage and delicate finishes when you request a quote. Restoration and tenancy disputes fall outside the cleaning service.
