Debris hauling, duct cleaning, hazardous-material cleanup and repairs need to be arranged separately. If you suspect hazardous dust, get a specialist’s assessment and the right controls first. We’ll need disposal responsibilities and safe access confirmed before cleaning.
Protect the Newly Installed Finishes
Please share the care instructions for new flooring, stone, woodwork and fixtures. During the walkthrough, point out residue, interior glass, cabinets and appliances you’d like cleaned. Our proposal will spell out the included work and suitable methods. Cleaning won’t repair construction damage.

Your written proposal lists what’s included. During the walkthrough, point out glass, cabinet and appliance interiors, residue and any areas that are hard to reach so we can include the right work in your bid.
How Fast Does the Proposal Arrive After the Walkthrough?
Your custom proposal, scoped by phase, arrives within 24 to 48 hours after the walkthrough is complete. We walk the project in person first, so the proposal covers what we actually saw.
