- Certificate of insurance available on request.
- Ask where an approved cleaning team may park and unload supplies.
- Confirm which rooms and surfaces need cleaning.
- Tell us about delicate finishes and areas to leave untouched.
- Confirm private-unit rooms and tasks; shared corridors and amenities need separate scope.
- Tell us about pets and which doors to keep closed after the plan is confirmed.
Compare Scope Rather Than Bedroom Count Alone
Request a quote and you will have one number, agreed before we arrive. We’ll confirm the first visit and ongoing prices separately. Tell us about appliance interiors, interior windows, laundry or delicate finishes before service. Extra buildup may need a separately quoted deep clean.
Confirm the Actual Building Near Kierland

Yes, tell us which rooms you’d like cleaned and we’ll confirm what’s included and the quote. Fewer rooms won’t always mean a lower price or a shorter visit.
Are Shared Building Areas Included?
Shared spaces aren’t automatically included in a home-cleaning quote. Tell us about any building or business areas you need cleaned so we can discuss them separately.
