The cleaning plan focused on drywall dust, stucco residue and fine particles. This engagement included an initial clean and a second visit.
Every post-construction project gets a custom proposal. An in-person walkthrough is the best way to review the job with your GC, construction manager or developer. With enough detailed project information, we can also prepare a virtual quote. Then we run the numbers, check crew availability for the days you need and send your proposal within 24 to 48 hours after an on-site walkthrough is complete. Your proposal comes by email, e-signature, phone or text.

We clean the dust and residue we’ve agreed to remove from the finished work. Before starting, we’ll check the care instructions for your finishes and what still needs a trade specialist.

No. Construction can leave fine trade dust, protective film and residue on new finishes. Tell us what was installed and which trades have finished so the bid covers the right tasks. Heavy debris, hazardous materials and repairs remain separate.
Bring the product name and care sheet for new stone, flooring, windows and fixtures. Include installer instructions about cure times, protective film and residue. Identify existing damage during the walkthrough. Cleaning does not repair scratches or etching.
