Plan Around the Rooms You Use
If entry floors collect grit or shower glass has buildup, identify those cleaning priorities. Tell us which guest rooms and separate spaces will be used during your stay, and which rooms to leave out. We confirm the cleaning checklist with you before the visit.
Large-Home and Gated-Community Cleaning in North Scottsdale
We clean every week behind the gates in DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Grayhawk, Troon North, and Windgate Ranch, and in the Kierland and Grayhawk condos and townhomes. A large home is cleaned differently: products matched to honed stone, hardwood, and quartz; more time on floors and glass; and a cleaning plan tailored to its surfaces. The office coordinates arrival privately after booking.
How We Clean a North Scottsdale Home
Before the first visit we record what your house is made of and where it collects dust first. That record is your house file, and it travels with the crew to every visit after. Every room is cleaned top-down so nothing settles on a finished floor. Bathroom cloths never touch a kitchen counter. Sliders, entry tile, and shower glass get weighted time on every visit, because that is where a North Scottsdale house stops looking clean first.
The House Is Ready Before You Need It to Be
A recurring clean means the house is guest-ready on an ordinary Tuesday, not only the morning after we leave. For a party, a listing, the Open, spring training, or family flying in for the season, a deep clean the week before resets the house so the weekly visits can hold it there. If you stay for part of the year, let us know which dates to clean before you arrive and after you leave. We confirm the work and available dates separately. Cleaning does not include home-watch inspections or property management.
You Stay in Charge Without Managing Anyone
You get before-and-after photos of every job. If a room was missed, let us know within 24 hours and the crew comes back at no charge. Every cleaner is background-checked and insured. Your price is one number, agreed before we arrive, and it does not change at the door. Weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, or monthly.
The Same Crew, Every Visit, On Purpose
Your home is assigned to one crew, and we schedule that crew for every visit. We do it deliberately. By the third or fourth visit they know which drawer sticks, which counter is marble, and where the dog hides. That is when a cleaning stops being a service and starts being your house kept the way you keep it.
Life still happens. Cleaners get sick, cars break down, a kid gets sent home from school. When it does, you hear from us before anyone arrives, and the cleaner who steps in works from your house file: the surfaces, the products, the finishes that need care and the products you prefer. Your crew comes back the next visit. Nothing has to be explained twice.
