What We Collect
When you call, text, email, or send a website form, we collect what is needed to provide a quote and schedule your cleaning: your name, phone number, email, service address, and home details you share. Payment information is handled by our payment providers when applicable. Our website uses Umami and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, page performance, and non-sensitive interactions such as calls, texts, and successful form submissions. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, or message text to analytics providers.
How It's Used
To quote, schedule, confirm, and perform your service; to send appointment communications by phone, text, or email; and to keep internal records of work performed. If you text us, replies come from the same business number. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Ever.
Website Analytics And Cookies
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar technologies after you select “Allow analytics.” We use this information to understand aggregate website use, attribution, and conversion performance. If you select “No thanks,” analytics storage remains denied through Google Consent Mode. Your selection is stored in your browser and can be reset by clearing this site's local storage. Google processes Analytics data under its own privacy terms. We do not enable Google advertising storage through this website analytics choice.
Who Processes Your Information
Service providers acting on our behalf may process information only as needed to provide scheduling, customer relationship management, communications, website hosting, analytics, payment processing, and cleaning services. Cleaning teams receive only the appointment information they need. We do not sell or rent personal information or leads.
Mobile Messaging Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Choices And Consent
Where a form offers SMS consent, transactional and marketing choices are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. We use each selection only for the message category chosen. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Children And Policy Updates
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy; the effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
