Terms Of Service
Effective August 20, 2026. These terms govern use of our website, cleaning services, and messaging programs.
Pricing & Payment
Published prices are flat starting rates by home size; your exact flat quote is confirmed before work begins and doesn't change mid-job. A card hold is placed the day before your scheduled service; payment is captured after the clean is completed.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Reschedules are always free — tell us any time before the visit. Cancellations are free with at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation inside 24 hours of the appointment, or a lockout on arrival, carries a $50 fee. A reschedule never does.
The Make-It-Right Guarantee
Every clean ends with a walk-through against the published checklist before the team leaves. If you find a checklist item that isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return and re-clean that item free. The guarantee covers the published checklist for the service booked; it isn't a refund program.
Residential & Commercial
Residential recurring plans have no contracts — pause or stop anytime. Commercial accounts operate on a written service agreement stating scope, schedule, and price, signed by both parties before service begins.
SMS Messaging Program
Greater Phoenix Cleaning may send non-marketing texts about requested quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service status, and customer support only when the recipient has provided the applicable consent. We may separately send marketing texts about offers, discounts, and service updates only when the recipient has separately opted into marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to revoke consent. Reply HELP for help, call (623) 400-8372, or email info@greaterphoenixcleaning.com. We will honor reasonable revocation requests made through any method that clearly communicates the request. After an opt-out request, one non-promotional confirmation message may be sent. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
