Cleaning for Your McCormick Ranch Layout
McCormick Ranch includes houses, townhomes and condominiums around the lakes, Indian Bend Wash greenbelt and Palm and Pine golf courses. Start with your actual layout: which floor the living areas are on, bathrooms in use and any guest rooms to include or skip.
For a condo or townhome, confirm the unit and shared-entry arrangements with your association. A park, lake or golf-course landmark can help describe the area, but our office needs the exact property for arrival.
What Your Recurring Clean Covers
Your agreed rooms follow the recurring checklist: kitchen surfaces, stovetop and microwave; bathrooms; accessible dusting, floors, trash and beds with clean sheets you provide.
Oven and refrigerator interiors, interior windows and extra detail need separate confirmation. A condo visit covers your residence; shared corridors, grounds and amenities are a separate scope.
Entry Floors, Kitchen Detail and Surface Care
Tell us which entrances get the most use and whether floors, bathrooms or kitchen surfaces need attention before your next visit. If you notice buildup on cabinet fronts or baseboards, compare the deep-clean checklist before assuming it is part of routine maintenance.
Name the material and finish of stone, wood or coated surfaces and share care instructions. A lake or golf-course address does not determine the products or the schedule your home needs.
Choose the First Clean and Ongoing Visits
If buildup needs attention before maintenance, ask about a separately quoted first deep clean. The first visit and ongoing visits have their own agreed tasks and prices.
Biweekly means every two weeks; every three weeks is a 21-day interval. Choose the schedule around daily use and the upkeep you handle between visits. Our recurring-cleaning guide explains the ongoing service.
Recurring Prices for McCormick Ranch
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. Weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, and monthly visits use that same starting rate. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
Monthly means one agreed visit each month. Choose it when you are comfortable handling more upkeep between visits; no schedule prevents dust from settling between appointments.
- We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
- Choose the interval by the rooms in use and how much cleaning you want to handle between visits.
Prepare for Guests Without Expanding Every Visit
If guests will use an otherwise closed bedroom or bathroom, tell us before that appointment. We can confirm the extra room work and price without assuming it belongs on every recurring visit. Clear the surfaces and leave clean sheets if you want beds changed.
