Same-Day Window
Same-day turnovers are available only when the checkout window works and we confirm a crew. Tell us the property size, beds to prepare and any laundry or outdoor work requested. Do not rely on a same-day turn until we confirm it.
Turnover, Deep, and Mid-Stay
Pick the visit that matches the gap. Turnover is the standard guest-ready clean. Deep is extra detail, quoted on its own. Mid-stay is a light reset while guests are still in the home, only when you ask for it.

Your Turnover Quote
Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning has a $180 minimum per visit. We start with an approximate price, then confirm the scope after a walkthrough or cleaner feedback before turnovers begin.
Plan for Your Scottsdale Property
For a condo in Old Town or Kierland, check the building’s service hours and cleaner parking before choosing a turnover window. For a house in Gainey Ranch, Grayhawk, DC Ranch or Troon, include all guest rooms and any requested patio, pool or spa work in the quote. Share arrival instructions privately with our office; we confirm availability before booking.
Damage and Repairs
You get before-and-after photos of every turn. Repairs stay with the host. We tell you before any work outside the quote. If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge.
Linen and Restock Plan
Tell us how many beds to prepare and where you will leave clean linens and guest supplies. We make beds and restock from what you provide. Laundry is quoted separately. We do not buy, order or manage your inventory.

We clean rentals inside Scottsdale. A Scottsdale mailing label is not the same as city limits, so confirm the address. City, HOA, and building rules still apply. If the home is outside Scottsdale, call and we’ll confirm coverage.
