Keep Cleaning and Other Home Services Clearly Assigned
Whisper Rock Estates describes its own Residential Services program for helping residents with household needs and finding outside vendors. If you already use community services or another person helps manage your home, identify your authorized household contact for private arrival arrangements and approval of cleaning changes.
List the tasks you want us to perform and any work another provider handles. House cleaning does not automatically include collecting mail, meeting repair contractors, inspecting the property or managing other vendors. Agreeing on those boundaries avoids leaving a task unassigned or requesting the same work twice. Greater Phoenix Cleaning is independent of the community’s services.
Price the Interior You Want Cleaned
The community’s developer describes custom homesites; the size of a lot does not tell us how much interior cleaning you need. Share the current home size, bathrooms, rooms in daily use and any separate guest space you want included. A courtyard, garage or outdoor area should not be assumed part of the household checklist.
For a home with several gathering spaces, decide which rooms need regular attention and which are used only when visitors come. Identify fragile belongings and provide manufacturer care instructions for delicate finishes before the first appointment. We confirm the work we can include rather than promising a treatment based on the material’s name alone.
Begin with a Reset, Then Agree On the Repeat Visit

The recurring plan focuses on the agreed kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and interior floors. Weekly offers frequent help; biweekly means every two weeks. Every three weeks is a 21-day interval; monthly is one agreed visit each month. Choose based on how the rooms are used and the upkeep handled between visits. When Your Household or Address Changes
Before a guest stay, ask to add any rooms normally outside the plan. If you will be away, confirm dates and authorized entry with the person you have designated; do not assume a message to another home-service provider changes our appointment.

No. Greater Phoenix Cleaning provides independent residential cleaning. If another person or service helps with your home, tell us how entry and cleaning instructions should be coordinated; no community endorsement is implied.
Can Someone Else Approve Cleaning Changes for Me?
Tell us whom you authorize to provide instructions and approve changes. Confirm that arrangement before the visit so requests from different people do not leave the room list or price unclear.
Does an Estate-Sized Lot Change the Cleaning Checklist?
We need the actual interior size, rooms, condition and requested tasks. Lot acreage does not define the cleaning scope. Separate guest rooms or structures and outdoor requests must be identified and confirmed individually.
Will You Handle Mail or Meet Other Contractors During a Clean?
Those tasks are not part of the house-cleaning checklist. Arrange them separately with the person or service responsible, and tell us about any overlapping work that could affect access to the rooms being cleaned.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
