A Room List for Your Custom Home or La Scala Residence
The association identifies both custom-home lots and the La Scala homes within Estancia. Your quote should follow the actual layout: list the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces to include, plus any separate guest accommodation you want cleaned.
For rooms with stone, specialty fixtures or delicate finishes, share the material and any manufacturer care instructions. Identify furnishings or surfaces to leave untouched. A guest suite used occasionally may need a different visit schedule from the kitchen and main bathroom used every day.
Give the First Deep Clean Its Own Checklist

Weekly visits suit households wanting frequent support with busy kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Biweekly is every two weeks. Every three weeks creates a 21-day interval for households doing more upkeep between visits; monthly is one agreed appointment each month.
If you spend part of the year elsewhere, tell us your return date and which rooms will be used before arranging the next visit.
