Does the First Visit Need to Be a Deep Clean?
We strongly recommend a separately quoted initial deep clean before recurring visits so the first appointment can address existing buildup. Compare the deep-clean checklist with the standard checklist and confirm the first-visit price separately. A deep clean is not required to request recurring service.
How Do I Budget for a Full Year of Cleaning?
Use your confirmed quote and planned dates, not a starting price. Your first visit may involve different work and cost more or less than later visits. For a simple estimate, add the first-visit total to the ongoing visit price multiplied by the number of later visits. Add only extras and charges that are not already included in those totals.
A Quote-Based Budget Worksheet
- Write down the first-visit total.
- Count the later visits on your proposed calendar.
- Multiply that count by your confirmed ongoing price.
- Add the first visit and any separately agreed charges.
Example using made-up numbers, not Greater Phoenix Cleaning pricing: a $300 first visit plus 25 later visits at $200 each totals $5,300 before any separately agreed charges. Dividing that estimate by 12 gives about $442 per month for budgeting; it does not change the payment schedule or your quote.
