Start with Your Next Stay, Not the Total Floor Area
Desert Mountain’s official villages guide describes custom homes alongside villas, cottages and patio homes. Tell us your village and property type, then separate the rooms you use daily from guest spaces and rooms you want left out of the visit.
If family will arrive later, identify which guest bedrooms and bathrooms need cleaning now and which you want added before their stay. Include any separate guest accommodation in the request so its rooms and access can be quoted explicitly. A home’s total size alone does not define the checklist.
Returning After Time Away
Tell us when the home was last cleaned and which areas need more than routine upkeep. The recommended initial deep clean gives accumulated buildup its own agreed checklist and price. Share manufacturer care instructions for delicate finishes before we confirm the work.
For the first visit, distinguish everyday priorities from additional requests such as inside an oven or refrigerator. Those requests need their own scope confirmation. Our Scottsdale deep-cleaning guide explains the service in more detail.
Keep the Routine Useful While You Are Home
Your recurring checklist centers on the agreed kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and interior floors. Weekly service provides frequent help in rooms in daily use; biweekly means every two weeks. Every three weeks is a 21-day interval, while monthly means one agreed visit each month. Longer gaps leave more day-to-day upkeep between appointments.
Tell us before the next visit if your departure date changes or guest spaces return to use. We can review the requested rooms and confirm any price change. Cleaning is not a home-watch inspection, security visit or property-management service. See our recurring-cleaning guide for the maintenance plan.
Give the Cleaner a Clear Arrival Plan
Tell us which rooms and separate living spaces need cleaning. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
We provide household cleaning independently of the club and community association. A booking does not include club facilities or establish preferred-vendor status. For a home elsewhere in the area, visit our North Scottsdale service page.
Moving Into or Out of Your Home
For a change of ownership, plan the clean after belongings leave and confirm which village residence and guest spaces are included. Use our Scottsdale move-in and move-out cleaning guide to separate an empty-home clean from your recurring routine.
Your Recurring Quote and Cleaner
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
Questions About Desert Mountain
Can I Arrange a Clean Before I Return to Desert Mountain?
Request your preferred date, describe the home’s condition and identify the rooms needed for your arrival. We confirm availability, scope, price and authorized entry before arranging the visit; a requested date is not a confirmed appointment.
Does My Guest Accommodation Count As Part of the Main Home?
Include it explicitly in your quote request, with the bedrooms, bathrooms and other rooms involved. We confirm whether and how it is included rather than assuming it belongs to every recurring visit.
Do I Need a Deep Clean After Every Trip?
Not automatically. We strongly recommend a deep clean at the start of recurring service. After an absence, describe the current condition so we can agree whether routine maintenance or a separately quoted deep clean fits.
Can Monthly Cleaning Replace Home-Watch Visits?
No. Monthly house cleaning means one agreed cleaning visit each month. It does not include property inspections, security monitoring or managing the home while you are away.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge. Call or text (623) 400-8372.
