Ancala and Ancala West Estates are separate communities. Include your community name with the property address so we plan for the correct home. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.

Greater Phoenix Cleaning is independent of the association and country club. Check the association’s current vendor rules when requesting a date; community rules and our appointment availability are separate.

Separate First-Visit Detail From Repeat Tasks

The recommended deep clean addresses agreed household buildup before a maintenance routine begins. Describe the starting condition and share care instructions for delicate surfaces. The regular checklist covers the agreed kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and interior floors. Weekly provides frequent help; biweekly is every two weeks. Every three weeks is a 21-day interval, and monthly means one agreed visit each month. Pick the interval based on daily use and the upkeep you handle between appointments. Moving Without Mixing Two Cleaning Jobs

If you are handing over an empty Ancala home, request a move clean rather than assuming a recurring appointment covers the handoff. Tell us when movers finish, which rooms will be empty and whether appliance interiors are requested. Confirm water, electricity and authorized access for the cleaning date. How Do I Request a Cleaning Date?

Call or request a quote with your preferred date and cleaning service. We confirm available dates with you. Community vendor rules still apply; a staffed gate does not mean a cleaning appointment is available.

Can My Office Stay Outside the Cleaning Plan?

Yes. Identify rooms to include or leave out when requesting the quote. If work calls or guests change that plan, tell us before the visit so the checklist and any price change can be confirmed.

Is a Move-Out Clean the Same As My Regular Visit?

No. An empty-home handoff and regular household maintenance have different requirements. Request a separate move-clean quote with the rooms, timing and any appliance interiors you need included.

Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?

What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
