If your home has been remodeled or expanded, its original model name will not tell us everything we need. Tell us the current bedroom and bathroom count, floor area and any changes that affect the rooms you want cleaned.

For example, a former guest bedroom used as an office has different priorities from a room prepared for visitors. Identify rooms in daily use, spaces to leave closed and any guest accommodation you want included. Tell us about surface-care instructions rather than relying on what was originally installed.

Make the First Visit Do the Detailed Work

We strongly recommend a deep clean before recurring maintenance so accumulated buildup has a separately agreed first-visit checklist. Describe the kitchen, bathrooms and other areas that need attention when requesting a quote. The recommendation does not make a deep clean mandatory.

Decide What Repeats and What Changes for Guests

The recurring plan covers the agreed kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and interior floors. Keep the rooms you use most on that checklist. If a guest room or bathroom is normally excluded, ask to add it before visitors arrive so we can confirm the revised scope and price.

Choose weekly for frequent help, biweekly for a visit every two weeks, or every three weeks for a 21-day interval. Monthly is one agreed visit each month. Set Up Entry Before Cleaning Day

Terravita describes its community as gated. Tell us which rooms are outside the agreed cleaning scope. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
