Plan Your First Visit and Your 14-Day Schedule
We strongly recommend an initial deep clean before your biweekly plan begins, but it is not required. Deep cleaning and ongoing visits are quoted separately. It gives accumulated buildup and the agreed detail work their own visit, instead of treating that work as routine upkeep. Compare the Scottsdale deep-cleaning scope with the recurring checklist before choosing your first visit.
- First visit: tell us about buildup, the rooms to include and any requested extras. We confirm the initial scope and price; if you request deep cleaning, we quote it separately.
- Ongoing visits: agree on the rooms, recurring price and dates every 14 days. Include any casita or guest rooms you want maintained; they are not automatically part of the main-home quote.
- Your quote request: choose biweekly and mention an initial deep clean in Cleaning Details if you want one. We confirm the work and available dates with you before booking.
We schedule the same crew for your home every visit. The office arranges access privately, so you do not need to be home.

Compare a 14-Day Plan Across Busy and Quiet Weeks
A Scottsdale home may be busy during one week and lightly used the next. Judge a biweekly plan against the full 14 days: the number of rooms in use, use of showers and the amount of cooking all matter more than the calendar label alone. Keep the same checklist when comparing prices so a cheaper quote is not simply covering fewer rooms.
For a condo, include only the private rooms and surfaces you want cleaned. For a home with a guest suite, list that space separately and explain whether it is in use. Neither property type automatically adds shared amenities, outdoor areas or an unused suite to the agreed service.
If your household does more between visits than expected, compare weekly. If both weeks remain comfortable with routine upkeep, discuss every three weeks or monthly. Ask us to confirm scope and price for the changed plan before making the switch.
- Write down which rooms are in use across both weeks.
- Distinguish routine shower-glass cleaning from heavy mineral buildup that needs a separate quote.
- Confirm the next dates around travel rather than assuming a trip cancels an appointment.
Who a 14-Day Schedule Fits
This cadence fits Scottsdale households that stay comfortable with wiping counters and quick bathroom touch-ups between visits, but want a professional reset on floors, showers and dusting before the next stretch. Compare how the agreed rooms feel just before day 14. Cooking, bathroom use, pet hair and the upkeep you handle between visits matter more than household size alone.
If crumbs and hair pile up before day 14, look at weekly cleaning in Scottsdale. If you already keep the house tidy for most of a month, compare monthly cleaning in Scottsdale. More on choosing cadence: our guide to weekly vs. biweekly cleaning.
What the Biweekly Visit Covers
Each visit uses the same standard checklist as weekly and monthly service — only the gap changes.
See the full room-by-room list on the cleaning checklist. Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows and laundry are add-ons. Compare the Standard and Deep columns room by room. Deep cleaning adds kitchen cabinet-front and baseboard detail; bedroom and living-area door and frame detail follows the Deep column. We quote that work separately when buildup calls for it.
Every cleaner follows our proven 5-star checklist. If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge.
- Kitchen focus: stovetop and microwave, counters and backsplash, sink dried, floors mopped, trash out.
- Bathroom focus: shower door, track and glass cleaned and dried, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, grout on the standard list.
- Living spaces: dusting within reach, floors, beds made and sheet changes when you leave clean linens, light tidying.
