Choose the Cleaning Your Phoenix Unit Needs
Every visit has a $180 minimum. We confirm the price for your home before booking. For a Downtown or Midtown apartment, choose the cleaning scope first; we arrange your building and unit access privately after booking. Shared building spaces remain a separate commercial scope.
One-Time Standard Cleaning
For a furnished unit needing the regular kitchen, bathroom, dusting and floor tasks once. Identify the rooms to include; a one-time visit does not enroll you in a recurring schedule.
Request One-Time StandardRecurring Apartment Cleaning
For ongoing care of your private residence. Choose weekly, biweekly, every three weeks or monthly, and keep building access and surface-care instructions in your home notes.
Request Recurring CleaningDeep Cleaning for Buildup
For a unit needing more detail than the standard checklist. Tell us which surfaces need attention and which delicate finishes to leave untouched; request appliance interiors separately.
Request Deep CleaningEmpty-Unit Move Cleaning
For an empty apartment or condo at a move. Coordinate the unit handoff and building access with us; cleaning covers your agreed private-unit scope, not shared elevators or hallways.
Request Move CleaningPhoenix Apartments, Condos, High-Rises and Penthouses
An apartment clean in Phoenix is rarely just the cleaning. There's a garage to get into, an elevator to share and a building manager with rules. We plan for all of it before the first visit, so the time in your unit goes to your kitchen, bathrooms and floors.
Apartments and lofts
Recurring or one-time cleaning for studios, one-bedrooms and larger units in Downtown Phoenix, Midtown and the neighborhoods around them.
Condominiums
Regular cleaning with your care instructions on file. Building and HOA rules apply to the visit.
Penthouses
Tell us which rooms to clean, what to leave untouched and how to treat stone, glass, stainless and wood before the first visit.
Private high-rise homes
We clean your residence, not the building's shared spaces. Shared lobbies, elevators, amenity rooms, exterior windows and building-wide janitorial work are a separate commercial scope arranged with management.
How Building Access Works in a Phoenix High-Rise
The office arranges access with you privately after booking. These details help the visit go smoothly, so have them ready for that conversation:
- Building and unit address. A landmark alone isn't enough for arrival.
- Cleaning priorities. Identify the rooms and surfaces you want cleaned. Certificate of insurance available on request.
- Surface care. Tell us about delicate finishes or areas to leave untouched.
Pets and doors to keep closed go in your home notes once the plan is set.

When your unit needs more
A deep clean adds cabinet fronts and handles, the oven hood vent, baseboards, doors and frames, and disinfected light switches and door knobs. Interior windows, laundry, wall spot cleaning and other published add-ons are confirmed before the visit.
Hard Water in a Phoenix Apartment
Phoenix has hard water, and its mineral spots show up on shower glass and sinks. On every visit, shower doors, tracks and glass are cleaned and dried, and so are the sinks. Heavy mineral buildup is quoted separately.
Apartment Move-Out Cleaning Before Your Lease Ends
Lease-end and move-out cleans follow the move column of our checklist. In an empty unit, that includes inside the refrigerator, oven, cabinets and drawers, the pantry shelves, the medicine cabinet, the closets, and wet-wiped blinds and shutters. The kitchen alone has 24 tasks on the move-out column, bathrooms have 17, and bedrooms and common areas have 15.
Send your move-out date and your landlord's checklist with your quote request. We'll compare it with our move-out checklist and add the extras you choose. Your landlord decides what comes out of the deposit. What we control is the clean. More detail: Phoenix move-out cleaning.
How Often to Clean Your Apartment or Condo
Weekly, biweekly, every three weeks or monthly. Monthly means one visit a month.

Phoenix Apartment and Condo Cleaning Questions
Do you clean studios and one-bedrooms?
Yes. We clean studios, one-bedrooms and larger units. Your quote follows size, condition, rooms and schedule, not a public bedroom price list. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit.
Can you work with my building’s front desk or management?
Yes. Contact the office privately to coordinate your visit after booking. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Do I need to be home?
No. Once access is arranged with the office, you don’t need to be home. Tell us about pets and which doors stay closed.
Is common-area cleaning included?
No. This service covers the inside of your private residence. Lobbies, elevators, amenity spaces and shared hallways need a separate commercial scope with building management.
What’s included in apartment move-out cleaning?
Move-out follows the empty-home checklist: inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, and the other move-column tasks on our published checklist. Shared building areas are not included.
How often can you clean my apartment or condo?
Weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, or monthly for recurring care, or a one-time deep or move-out visit. Monthly means one visit a month.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes, that is how we schedule it, every visit. If your cleaner is out, we tell you before the visit, the replacement works from your house file, and your regular crew is back the next time.
Do I Need to Provide Supplies or Equipment?
No. Our cleaners bring the supplies and equipment required for the quoted service. Eco-friendly and pet-safe products are available on request.
What’s the Earliest Opening for My Unit?
Request a quote online and we'll be in touch with your price and available dates, or call (623) 400-8372 and we'll find the soonest opening on our schedule.
What Do You Confirm Before Each Unit Cleaning?
We confirm the cleaning plan and arrival window before every visit.
At What Point Do You Take Payment?
We accept credit and debit cards. A card authorization may appear the day before service, but funds are not captured until after the cleaning is completed.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge. Call or text (623) 400-8372.
