Scottsdale Ranch’s community association describes single-family houses, patio homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. Tell us your property type and subdivision or building so the quote reflects your home, rather than a generic lakefront-house assumption.
Start with the kitchen and bathrooms you use every day, then identify guest rooms, rooms to leave closed and any separate guest space to include. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
Start Fresh, Then Maintain the Rooms You Use
We strongly recommend a deep clean to address accumulated buildup before recurring visits. It is separately quoted and is not a requirement for starting maintenance service. Describe the home’s condition and share manufacturer care instructions for delicate finishes.

A Schedule for Daily Living or Time Between Stays
Weekly cleaning offers frequent help for a home in daily use with busy shared spaces. Biweekly means every two weeks. Every three weeks gives you a 21-day interval when you handle more day-to-day upkeep yourself; monthly means one agreed visit each month.

Lake Serena Is a Landmark, Not the Cleaning Checklist
Lake Serena helps identify the community, but your own interior determines the work. If patio-door traffic makes an entry floor a priority, include it in the quote. A lakeside address does not automatically add a patio, dock, boat or common area to house cleaning.

Should I Start with a Deep Clean?

Is Every Three Weeks Different From Monthly?
Yes. Every three weeks is a 21-day interval; monthly is one agreed visit each month. Weekly and biweekly schedules are also available. Choose based on your use of the home and the upkeep you handle between appointments.
Does a Lakefront Booking Include Outdoor Areas?
The recurring plan covers the agreed household interior. Patios, boats, docks and community facilities are not automatically included. Ask about additional requests so availability and scope can be confirmed separately.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
