Greater Phoenix Cleaning provides gym and fitness center cleaning in Phoenix, including Biltmore (85016), Arcadia (85018) and North Central Phoenix (85012–85014), for independent gyms, boutique studios and training facilities. Visits are timed around your class schedule, or overnight for 24-hour gyms, and cover the workout floor, the equipment touchpoints you list, locker rooms, showers, restrooms and the front desk. Member wipe-down between sets stays part of your gym rules; we handle the full clean.

What’s Included

  • Workout floor, mirrors, equipment touchpoints, locker rooms, showers and restrooms
  • Visits between classes or overnight for 24-hour gyms
  • Pool water, towel laundry and equipment repair stay with your other vendors

Free walkthrough, then a proposal with a flat fee per visit. Call (623) 400-8372. Area served: Phoenix, Arizona, including Biltmore, Arcadia and North Central Phoenix.

Areas Covered in a Gym or Studio

  • Workout floors: rubber, turf, hardwood or carpet, with routine care suited to each surface
  • Equipment touchpoints you list: grips, handles, seat pads and bench tops
  • Mirrors, entry glass and studio windows
  • Locker rooms: benches, locker exteriors, floors and sinks
  • Showers: walls, floors, fixtures and drain covers
  • Restrooms, with restocking if the proposal includes it
  • Front desk, lobby seating and retail shelf edges, plus trash and recycling

Equipment Touchpoints and Disinfection

We clean and disinfect equipment touchpoints, such as grips, handles, seat pads and bench tops, along with locker-room and restroom high-touch surfaces, using EPA-registered disinfectants. If your equipment manufacturer names a cleaner for upholstery or finishes, tell us at the walkthrough and the proposal notes it.

Touchscreens, consoles, speakers and other electronics are left to your staff unless the proposal lists them. Yoga mats, foam rollers and other small props are cleaned only when listed.

Locker Rooms, Showers and Phoenix Hard Water

Showers and sinks see heavy daily use, and Phoenix's hard water leaves mineral spotting on glass, tile and fixtures. Routine visits clean shower walls, floors, fixtures, benches, sinks and mirrors so spotting does not build up between visits.

Heavy mineral buildup or grout that routine cleaning does not lift is a separate deep-clean task, quoted after we see it.

Scheduling Around Classes and 24-Hour Access

Studios with set class times are usually cleaned between the last evening class and the first morning class. For 24-hour gyms, visits run in the quietest overnight stretch with members still training; cleaners work zone by zone and place wet-floor signs wherever floors are damp.

Tell us when the gym is staffed and when it is not, and how key fobs or door codes work after hours. Entry and alarm steps are confirmed before the first visit.
