- Rooms to clean and rooms to leave untouched
- Patient hours and the after-hours window you want
- Who buys soap and paper goods, if restocking is included
- A building contact and who to call after hours
Start with the Spaces Your Business Uses
Start with a phone conversation about your business, rooms and basic cleaning needs. We typically have walkthrough availability within 24–48 hours, subject to confirmation. Your company representative and our commercial team lead walk the space with you so the proposal reflects the work you need. Walkthroughs are available between 12 pm and 4 pm, Monday through Friday; night and weekend walkthroughs are available on request.
Examples of Commercial Cleaning Schedules
Our commercial work includes weekly deep cleaning, monthly deep cleaning and weekly standard cleaning. These examples show different agreed service plans. Client details remain private. The tasks in your agreement determine what your service includes.
| Example | What to Agree Before Service |
|---|---|
| Weekly deep cleaning | Specify the detailed tasks included at each weekly visit. |
| Monthly deep cleaning | Specify the detailed tasks included at each monthly visit and who handles upkeep between visits. |
| Weekly standard cleaning | Specify the routine tasks included at each weekly visit and any separately agreed detail work. |

Compare Weekly and Biweekly Office Cleaning
Choose a schedule around how your office is used and what your staff handles between visits. Compare the same rooms and tasks for each interval. Discuss other frequencies if weekly or biweekly visits would not meet your needs.
| What To Compare | Weekly | Every Other Week |
|---|---|---|
| Gap Between Visits | 7 days; confirm service dates. | 14 days; confirm service dates. |
| Use Of The Space | Consider a shorter gap when you want agreed routine tasks handled more often. | Consider a longer gap when your staff can handle needed upkeep between visits. |
| Rooms And Tasks | Write down what happens at each visit. | Compare the same rooms and tasks, not just the schedule name. |
| Work Between Visits | Name who handles urgent spills, trash and supply shortages. | Name who handles these needs across the longer gap. |
