Areas Covered in a Retail Store
- Entry doors, interior storefront glass and display-case glass
- Sales floor: sweeping, vacuuming and mopping in the aisles you list
- Fixture tops and shelf edges reachable without moving merchandise
- Fitting rooms: mirrors, benches, hooks and floors
- Checkout counter surfaces, with card terminals and screens left to your staff
- Customer and staff restrooms, with restocking if the proposal includes it
- Break room, back office and stockroom floors you approve, plus trash and recycling
What Stays Off Limits
We do not move, refold or restock merchandise, rearrange displays, open locked cases or go near cash drawers and safes. Point-of-sale screens, card readers, keyboards and phones are left in place for your staff.
Mark high-value cases, back rooms and anything else to skip at the walkthrough. That list goes into the proposal, and cleaners work around it on every visit.
Choosing Service Nights Around Your Sales
Service happens after close on the nights you pick, weekends included. We recommend the night before your busiest days, so the store opens clean when traffic peaks.
When a service night lands on a holiday, the visit moves 24 to 48 hours before or after it. If November and December bring longer hours or heavier traffic, ask about adding nights for those weeks.
Keys, Alarm Codes and Closing Up
After-close cleaning only works when entry and lock-up are written down.
| Item | Confirm the Details |
|---|---|
| Entry | Lockbox or key handoff. We ask for two copies: one kept at our downtown Phoenix office and one with the assigned cleaner, so a backup team can cover a service night. |
| Alarm | Who issues the code, how to arm on exit and who the monitoring company calls. |
| Lights And Thermostat | How lights, music and thermostat settings should be left on the way out. |
| Shopping Center Areas | Sidewalks, mall corridors and shared restrooms often belong to the landlord. Confirm who cleans them. |
| Problems At Lock-Up | Who to call if a door will not lock or the alarm will not arm. |
Floors, Storefront Glass and Exterior Work
Routine visits cover sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. Machine scrubbing, stripping and refinishing, and carpet extraction are not part of a routine visit; ask at the walkthrough and they are quoted separately.
Phoenix parking-lot grit and summer monsoon dust show up first on entry mats and the first few feet of floor inside the door, so agree whether that zone gets extra attention in monsoon months. Exterior storefront glass and sidewalk pressure washing are handled by a separate crew and quoted separately.
Walkthrough, Proposal and Start Date
We typically complete your walkthrough within 24 to 48 hours, send a proposal within 24 hours of it, and have background-checked cleaners starting in 5 to 7 business days, sooner when a slot opens. Walkthroughs can be set before you open or after you close.
To book the walkthrough, text or call (623) 400-8372.
