Post Construction Cleaning in Paradise Valley

Greater Phoenix Cleaning provides post-construction cleaning in the Town of Paradise Valley (85253) for custom-home builders, general contractors and owners finishing a new build, a hillside home or a major remodel. We work in three phases you can book one at a time: a rough clean while the trades work, a final clean once they finish, and a touch-up clean before the owner walkthrough.

Each phase is billed only after you sign off on its final walkthrough, in person or by video, with before-and-after photos. We quote after a site walkthrough or from photos and video you send. Window washing and floor care can be added as the last two steps.

Who Books Post-Construction Cleaning in Paradise Valley

Custom-home builders, general contractors and construction managers book us to close out new homes, additions and major remodels in the Town of Paradise Valley. Owners book us directly too, when they want the house ready before the furniture arrives.

We take projects across 85253, from homes off Lincoln Drive and Tatum Boulevard to hillside lots on Mummy Mountain and the slopes of Camelback Mountain. The Town of Paradise Valley is separate from the Paradise Valley Village area of Phoenix, so send the street address and we confirm which one it is. Phoenix projects are covered on our Phoenix post-construction page.

Hillside Builds and Big Remodels

Hillside building in the Town is growing fast. Applications to build on the hillside doubled from 24 in 2022 to 49 in 2024, and the Town's Hillside Development Area covers nearly 3 square miles, about 20% of the town, mostly on Camelback and Mummy mountains. The Town's Hillside Committee chair has noted that there's also a lot of remodel work on the hillside.

Hillside homes change how a clean runs: steep drives, limited parking, several levels and long runs of view glass. Tell us where crews can park and stage, which entrance to use and how many levels there are, and we plan the crew and the days around it.

The Three Phases and When Each Is Billed

Book only the phases the project needs. Each one ends with a final walkthrough, and you are billed for a phase only after you sign off on it.

  1. Rough clean while the trades are still working: loose debris and packaging gathered up, floors swept and reachable surfaces dusted so finish work can continue. The proposal confirms who removes debris.
  2. Final clean, the heavy, detailed clean, once the dust-making work is done: fine dust from high surfaces down; cabinets, drawers, closets, fixtures, glass and tracks detailed; labels and light residue removed where the finish allows; floors detailed room by room.
  3. Touch-up clean for dust and marks left by returning trades, pool or landscape work, before the owner walkthrough or handoff.

Main House, Guesthouse, Casita and Pool House

Paradise Valley lots were settled at one to five acres, and many new homes add a guesthouse, casita or pool house. Each structure is listed and scoped on its own in the proposal, so you pay for every building you want cleaned and nothing you don't.

Pool, hardscape and landscape work often runs past the final clean and puts dust back on patios, sills and glass. Plan a touch-up clean for when that work finishes.

View Glass, Natural Stone and Desert Dust

Construction dust and desert dust settle on sills, ledges and entry floors, and large view windows show every streak. Marble, travertine, limestone and honed stone are common in new kitchens, baths and entries.

Send us the care sheets for new stone, flooring, woodwork, fixtures and coated glass, and we clean by those instructions. HEPA vacuuming is standard on our post-construction jobs. Cleaning does not repair scratches or etching, so point out any existing damage at the walkthrough.

How Paradise Valley Projects Are Quoted

Every Paradise Valley project is quoted on its own. We walk the job with you or your construction manager, or quote from photos and video when a site visit is hard to schedule.

Walkthrough proposals arrive by email within 24 to 48 hours after the walkthrough is complete. Quotes from photos and video usually arrive in less than 24 hours.

Questions Before You Book

How Is Post-Construction Cleaning Priced in Paradise Valley?

Each Paradise Valley project is quoted on its own, after a walkthrough or from photos and video you send. Square footage, the number of structures, the phases you need, finish detail such as natural stone and large view glass, hillside access, the jobsite condition and any window washing or floor care shape the quote. Call or text (623) 400-8372.

Do You Work with Paradise Valley Custom-Home Builders and GCs?

Yes. Greater Phoenix Cleaning works with custom-home builders, general contractors and construction managers in the Town of Paradise Valley, and with owners finishing a remodel. We walk the job with you or your superintendent before we quote.

Can We Book Just One Phase?

Yes. Rough, final and touch-up cleans are booked separately, so you can book only the final clean or add a touch-up later. Your proposal is scoped by phase.

When Is Each Phase Billed?

Each phase is billed only after you sign off on its final walkthrough. Walk it with us in person, which we recommend, or we send you a video walkthrough. Before-and-after photos come with every phase, and payment terms are set in your proposal.

Can You Quote From Photos and Video?

Yes. If a site visit is hard to schedule, send the square footage, the phases you need, and photos and a walkthrough video of every area. Quotes from photos and video usually arrive in less than 24 hours, and we tell you if we need to see anything in person.

Do You Clean the Guesthouse, Casita and Pool House Too?

Yes, when you list them. Each guesthouse, casita or pool house is scoped separately in the proposal, so the price covers every building you want cleaned.

Is My Project in the Town of Paradise Valley or in Phoenix?

Send us the street address and we confirm it. The Town of Paradise Valley (85253) is a separate town from the Paradise Valley Village area of Phoenix. Either way, we take the project; Phoenix projects follow our Phoenix post-construction scope.

When Should We Schedule the Final Clean?

Once sanding, cutting, drywall and other dust-making work is done and your contractor says the space is ready. If pool, hardscape or landscape work is still going, leave time for a touch-up clean before the owner walkthrough.

Do You Wash Windows and Care for Floors After Construction?

Yes, as add-ons quoted separately. Our window specialists wash interior and exterior windows after the touch-up clean, and floor care (scrubbing, buffing or polishing) comes last so nothing gets tracked across finished floors.

Do You Haul Away Construction Debris?

No, heavy construction debris and hauling stay with the trades. During a rough clean we gather loose debris and packaging, and the proposal states who removes what.

Can You Send a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. Greater Phoenix Cleaning carries a general liability policy up to $2 million, and every cleaner carries their own general liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request for your vendor file.

What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?

If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge. Call or text (623) 400-8372.
