The Three Phases of Post-Construction Cleaning
We match the phase to what the site needs next, and your proposal is scoped by phase.
- Rough clean while the trades are still working: loose debris and packaging gathered up, floors swept and reachable surfaces dusted so finish work can continue. The proposal confirms who removes debris.
- Final clean, the heavy, detailed clean, once the trades finish: fine dust from high surfaces down; cabinets, drawers, closets, fixtures, glass and tracks detailed; labels and light residue removed where the finish allows; floors detailed room by room.
- Touch-up clean for new dust or marks once the final clean is done, such as after returning trades or a walkthrough. Tell us what changed and we quote that visit separately.

From Walkthrough to Proposal
We walk the project with you, your GC or your construction manager. We look at the dust, finishes, access and the work the trades still need to finish.
Then we check crew availability for the days you need and send your proposal within 24 to 48 hours after the walkthrough is complete, by email, e-signature, phone or text.

How We Protect New Finishes
Send us the care sheets for new stone, flooring, woodwork and fixtures, and we clean by those instructions. Cleaning does not repair scratches or etching, so point out any existing damage at the walkthrough.
HEPA vacuuming is standard on our post-construction jobs, and we take photos of every room.
What Stays with the Trades
Debris hauling, hazardous-material cleanup, paint correction, repairs and unfinished trade work stay with the trades. If you suspect hazardous dust, have a specialist assess and clear the space before we clean.
Who Comes to the Site
Every cleaner is background-checked. Background checks screen for felony and theft records.
Every cleaner carries their own general liability insurance, and Greater Phoenix Cleaning carries its own general liability policy up to $2 million. Certificate of insurance available on request.
