Before You Arrive
A home closed for the summer collects fine desert dust on sills, ledges, fans and floors, and shower glass and fixtures can show hard-water film. An arrival clean after months away is usually quoted as a deep clean, which starts at $350; home size and condition set the final price.
Send your arrival date, the rooms that were closed and any guest rooms that will be used. We schedule the clean for the days before you land.

While You Are Here
Choose weekly, biweekly, every three weeks or monthly visits for the months you are in town. Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. Pause the schedule with advance notice when you leave; there is no long-term contract.
We schedule the same crew for your home every visit. If your cleaner is out sick or on vacation, you choose: reschedule with the same cleaner, or have a highly qualified backup crew follow the same checklist.
After You Leave
A departure clean resets the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and floors so the house is ready the next time you or your guests arrive. Clear the refrigerator first if you want its interior cleaned; inside the refrigerator and oven are extras unless the quote lists them.
What Seasonal Cleaning Does Not Include
Seasonal cleaning covers the agreed cleaning work only. Home-watch inspections, utility shutoffs, security checks, pool or HVAC service and property management are not included. If you use a home-watch company, tell us so the visit dates line up.
Access While You Are Away
The office arranges access with you privately after booking. If your community has a gate or HOA rules for service visits, tell us when you book. We secure the home when finished and send before-and-after photos of every job.

Do You Open and Close Seasonal Homes?
We can quote interior cleaning before your return or after departure and agree on visits while you are away. Home-watch inspections, utility shutoffs, security checks and property management are not included.
