Is a Biweekly Schedule Right for You?
If light kitchen and bathroom upkeep keeps your home comfortable between visits, biweekly cleaning may fit. If you spend the second weekend doing the chores you hoped to hand over, compare weekly cleaning in Phoenix for the same rooms and tasks. If you handle more of the upkeep yourself, compare monthly cleaning.
Keep a short note of what becomes overdue first: shower glass, kitchen surfaces, pet hair or floors. Choose by your home’s use and the work you want help with, rather than assuming every home in a neighborhood needs the same schedule.
Biweekly means every 14 days, about 26 visits in a full year. Some months can have three visits. Compare your actual dates and confirmed quote; twice monthly is a different calendar. See our schedule and budget guide. See all four recurring cleaning schedules in Phoenix.
- Compare the condition on day seven with the condition before your next visit.
- Separate everyday wiping or vacuuming from built-up mineral deposits or detail work.
- Ask for the per-visit quote and actual visit dates when comparing weekly and biweekly.
What the Biweekly Visit Covers
Each visit uses the same standard checklist as weekly and monthly service — only the gap changes.
See the full room-by-room list on the cleaning checklist. Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows and laundry are add-ons. Deep-clean detail (cabinet fronts, baseboards, door frames as listed on the deep column) is a separate service when buildup calls for it.
- Kitchen focus: stovetop and microwave, counters and backsplash, sink dried, floors mopped, trash out.
- Bathroom focus: shower door, track and glass cleaned and dried, toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, grout on the standard list.
- Living spaces: dusting within reach, floors, beds made and sheet changes when you leave clean linens, light tidying.
How Scheduling Works on a 14-Day Plan
Share your address, rooms and preferred start date. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit. Preferences don’t reset every appointment.
You don’t need to be home. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.

What Your Biweekly Quote Covers
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. Ask us to confirm the same rooms, tasks and extras when comparing quotes. A lower starting price may cover different work. Your first visit and ongoing visits are priced separately before we start.
- Included supplies: our cleaners bring supplies and equipment. Eco-friendly and pet-safe products are available on request.
- Requested extras: inside ovens, inside refrigerators, interior windows and laundry need separate agreement. If buildup needs a deep clean, we quote that work separately.
- Cleaner continuity: we schedule the same cleaner each visit. If your cleaner is out, we tell you before the appointment and share your house notes with the replacement.
Every cleaner is insured and background-checked. We take before-and-after photos of every job.
If an agreed task was missed, call (623) 400-8372 within 24 hours and text a photo of the area. We arrange a free re-clean of the reported items, typically within 2 to 3 days. Read the Spotless Home Guarantee and timing terms before booking.
Phoenix Hard Water Between Visits
The City of Phoenix 2025 Water Quality Report lists total hardness of 10 to 17.6 grains per gallon. Hard water can leave spots on shower glass and fixtures. Each biweekly visit cleans and dries the shower door, track and glass, and the sinks. Cloudy marks from damaged coatings or etching are a different problem. Show us existing buildup before we quote, and we’ll separate routine cleaning from work that needs its own line.
We serve homes across Phoenix. That includes Arcadia, Biltmore, Ahwatukee, and central Phoenix. Browse the Phoenix hub for deep cleaning, move-out and other services.

Biweekly House Cleaning FAQs
Does biweekly mean twice a month?
Biweekly means a 14-day interval. Twice a month is a different calendar (about 24 visits a year vs about 26). Greater Phoenix Cleaning also schedules every three weeks and monthly visits. Monthly means one visit a month. Confirm the appointment dates with our team.
How much does this schedule cost in Phoenix?
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. Weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, or monthly. Request your flat quote before booking.
Will I get the same cleaner on this schedule?
Yes, that is how we schedule it, every visit. If your cleaner is out, we tell you before the visit, the replacement works from your house file, and your regular crew is back the next time.
What’s the difference between this plan and weekly?
The checklist is the same; the gap is 14 days instead of 7. Weekly suits homes that can’t stay ahead of kitchens, bathrooms or pet hair for two weeks. This plan suits homes that can.
Do I need a deep clean to start?
We strongly recommend a separately quoted initial deep clean to address existing buildup. You can request recurring service without booking a deep clean. We confirm first-visit work and pricing separately from later visits.
Can I add oven or fridge cleaning on some visits?
Yes. Inside oven and inside refrigerator are published add-ons. Ask us to include them on specific visits or as a repeating extra before we quote.
Do I need to be home?
No. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
Recurring maid service — is that the same thing?
Yes — recurring kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living-area cleaning on a set schedule. Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. Same checklist and the same price path.
Do supplies come with the visit?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included. Eco-friendly and pet-safe products are available on request.
