Hillside Homes, View Glass and Desert Dust
Fountain Hills climbs from about 1,520 feet at the fountain to 3,000 feet on Golden Eagle Boulevard, with the McDowell Mountains to the west and McDowell Mountain Regional Park on the north edge of town. Hillside lots bring stairs, split levels, lower-level guest suites and large view windows. List every level so the checklist and the visit length match the house.
A home left empty through monsoon season, June 15 to September 30, collects fine dust on sills, slider tracks and shutters. Tell us how long the home has been closed. Interior windows and sliders go on the checklist when you list them; exterior glass is quoted separately.

Estate Sales and Downsizing
When a family sells a longtime Fountain Hills home, the clean comes last. Book it for the day after the estate sale company and the haulers finish, when cabinets, closets and the garage are empty. Tell us about anything staying with the house, such as built-ins, appliances or window coverings, so the crew cleans around or inside them as agreed. Hauling, donation pickups and junk removal are separate services we do not provide.
Closing, Lease End and the Deposit
Plan the visit for the gap after belongings are out and before the closing walkthrough or the next resident. Water and power should be on, and the movers should be gone from the rooms we clean.
For renters, Arizona law gives the landlord fourteen days, not counting weekends and legal holidays, to return the deposit with an itemized list of any deductions. Cleaning does not decide the deposit; the landlord’s inspection does.
