Two Tally Ho Neighborhoods, One Clear Arrival Plan
Tempe’s neighborhood map identifies Tally Ho Farms and Tally Ho Farms North separately. Include your property address when arranging service so our office confirms coverage. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
Map Your Living Spaces Before Requesting a Quote
For either Tally Ho neighborhood, send a room count for each residential space you want included. Use this as a scope worksheet if your property has more than one structure; it is not an assumption about your home.
| Space you want cleaned | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Main house | Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas included each visit |
| Separate residential space | Its own room count, kitchen or bathroom, and authorized entry |
| Guest rooms used occasionally | Whether they belong in every visit or need a separately agreed addition |
| Barn, workshop or outdoor area | Outside the ordinary residential interior scope |
Start Where Outside Meets Inside
If your household tracks dust or pet hair through a side door, make that entry and the connecting floors a priority. We can discuss accessible baseboards and other buildup during the initial deep clean, then agree the kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors for maintenance visits. Tell us about delicate finishes and surfaces that need specific care.
Turn Your Room List Into a Cleaning Plan
Recurring service starts at $180 per visit. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit. We strongly recommend an initial deep clean, quoted separately, before the maintenance schedule begins.
Use the cleaning checklist to mark the rooms and tasks you want quoted. Compare starting prices and discuss your preferred weekly, biweekly, every three weeks or monthly schedule with our team.
For a different service, review deep cleaning, move cleaning or Tempe commercial cleaning. Call (623) 400-8372 or request a quote; we confirm scope, price and availability before booking.
We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
Questions About Tally Ho Farms & Tally Ho Farms North
Do You Serve Both Tally Ho Farms and Tally Ho Farms North?
Yes. We offer residential cleaning in both Tempe neighborhoods. Give us the property address and requested rooms so we can confirm the arrival plan, scope and available dates.
Does House Cleaning Include Horse Facilities or Outbuildings?
No. Routine house cleaning covers the agreed residential interior. Tell us about separate living quarters for a quote; barns, animal stalls, outdoor areas and workshops are not automatically included.
Can I Request Only the Rooms We Use?
Tell us which rooms you want maintained and whether guest spaces should be included. We confirm the room list and price before service.
How Do I Request a Quote for a Main House and Separate Living Quarters?
Give us the room count for each residential space, including separate kitchens and bathrooms. We confirm which spaces are included and price the total agreed work; the main-house quote does not automatically cover a second structure.
Can a Guest Space Have Different Priorities From the Main House?
Yes. Explain which rooms are used daily and when guest spaces need attention. We agree the checklist and any changes before the visit, rather than treating every structure at the address as one identical room plan.
How Do You Handle a Property with More Than One Entrance?
Identify each living space included in the cleaning plan and tell us about pets. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
What Determines the Price for a Tally Ho Farms Home?
Recurring service starts at $180 per visit. We'll agree on what to clean and the price before we visit. We strongly recommend an initial deep clean, quoted separately, before the maintenance schedule begins.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge. Call or text (623) 400-8372.
