Guest Weeks Can Change the Work
When visitors will use additional bedrooms or bathrooms, ask to update the room list in advance. Leave a clean set of sheets out for a requested linen change. Extra laundry, appliance interiors and other additions need agreement and pricing before arrival.

Schedule cleaning after furniture removal for an empty-home move clean, and keep utilities on. A furnished home being prepared for visitors or a showing needs a different checklist. Tell us the handover deadline and any appliance interiors you want quoted.
Your First Clean and Ongoing Price
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. The initial deep clean and ongoing visits are priced separately. Weekly means every week, biweekly every 14 days, every three weeks every 21 days, and monthly one visit per month.

Is My Price Based On Lot Size?
No. The quote depends on the home’s size, condition, agreed tasks, frequency and extras. Describe the interior rooms and separate spaces you want cleaned.
Can the Checklist Change When Guests Visit?
Request changes before the appointment. We confirm any added rooms, time and price rather than silently expanding a recurring visit.
Do I Need a Move Clean or a Deep Clean Before Listing?
Tell us whether the home will be furnished or empty, its condition and your deadline. We discuss the appropriate scope and quote the work before booking.
How Should I Prepare Multiple Rooms or Buildings for Cleaning?
Identify the rooms and any separate guest space in the quote, then arrange access to each agreed area. Clear loose belongings from floors and surfaces, secure valuables and private documents, and explain pet arrangements. A garage, barn or other outbuilding is not included simply because it is on the property.
Is a Deep Clean Required Before Recurring Service?
We strongly recommend an initial deep clean for agreed buildup. It is quoted separately from maintenance visits. We confirm the scope and first-visit price before service.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?

What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
