Indoor Living and Outdoor Entertaining Are Different Jobs
If patio doors are used frequently, point out the indoor entry floors and accessible door-side surfaces that need attention. A lake-area address does not automatically add exterior windows, patios, outdoor kitchens or pool care to a house clean. Ask for any extra work separately so you know what will be included before the appointment.
Keep Guest Space Ready Without Guessing
List a guest bedroom, separate suite or additional bathroom individually when it is part of the requested cleaning. Tell us whether it is in-use, empty or used only for visitors. We can discuss a different checklist for guest weeks, but added rooms and detailed work need agreement before the cleaner arrives.
A Schedule That Fits Time At Home
Choose weekly for frequent help, biweekly for a 14-day rhythm, every three weeks for a 21-day gap or monthly for one visit each month. If you travel, agree the last visit before departure and the first after return. A cleaning appointment is not a home-watch inspection or pool-maintenance service.
When Furnishings Move Out
A move-in or move-out clean needs its own room list and timing. Confirm the movers have finished and utilities remain on. Our move-cleaning checklist includes cleaning inside the oven, refrigerator, cabinets and drawers. List any additional requests in the quote, even if we already clean the home regularly.
Your Scope and Price Before the First Visit
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. We confirm the first-visit price separately from ongoing service. Review our cleaning checklist, starting prices, deep cleaning and move cleaning before requesting your plan.

Do You Clean All of Fulton Ranch or Just Gated Homes?
We offer cleaning across Fulton Ranch and confirm availability by address. The office arranges access with you privately after booking.
Are Patio and Pool Areas Included?
No. The recurring plan covers agreed home interiors. Exterior spaces, windows and other extras require separate discussion and pricing; pool maintenance is not part of house cleaning.
Can I Arrange a Clean Before Returning From Travel?
Request your return date and arrange authorized entry privately. We confirm availability and the condition-based scope before scheduling. Cleaning does not include property inspection or home-watch services.
What If My Travel Dates Change Before a Cleaning?
Contact the office before the visit to adjust the schedule and any arrival instructions. Rescheduling is always free. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and lockouts on arrival carry a $50 fee. For cancellation and lockout terms, review our service policies before confirming travel-related access. Do not assume a change to your travel calendar changes an existing cleaning appointment.
Is the First Deep Clean Required?
No. We strongly recommend an initial deep clean when buildup needs attention, but it is not required to begin recurring service. It is quoted separately, with the work and price agreed before service.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
