Casa De Sunrise is a separate North Peoria community near the Sunrise Mountain foothills. If your home has a large entertaining area or separate guest space, include it explicitly in the cleaning plan. An Indoor Plan for Entertaining Days
Focus the plan on the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and living spaces your guests will use. Outdoor kitchens, patios, windows and pool care are not automatically part of an interior cleaning visit. Describe any extra request separately before you book.
When You Are Away From the Home
The office arranges access with you privately after booking. Confirm which rooms will be regularly used and whether anyone is arriving after the clean. We provide agreed cleaning work; vacant-home monitoring and security inspections are not included.
Your First Clean and Ongoing Price
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. The initial deep clean and ongoing visits are priced separately. Weekly means every week, biweekly every 14 days, every three weeks every 21 days, and monthly one visit per month.

Can I Book a Clean Before Guests Arrive?
Yes. Request a one-time standard visit for routine upkeep, or ask about a deep clean for buildup. Tell us the rooms and guest-arrival date; we confirm scope, price and availability before booking. A deadline does not guarantee same-day availability.
Can You Clean While I Am Out of Town?
We can discuss service with authorized entry arranged privately. Confirm dates, condition and scope before scheduling. Cleaning does not replace property monitoring.
Are Outdoor Entertaining Areas Part of the Quote?
Only tasks expressly agreed are included. Patio, pool and outdoor-kitchen work are not automatically covered by an interior house-cleaning quote.
How Can I Prepare the House Before a Guest-Ready Clean?
Clear the counters, floors and guest-room surfaces you want cleaned, secure private items and leave a clean sheet set out if a bed change is in the plan. Confirm which guest rooms and bathrooms are included. Organizing belongings and outdoor entertaining areas are not automatically included in an indoor clean.
Is a Deep Clean Required Before Recurring Service?
No. Recurring service can be requested on its own. We recommend a separately quoted deep clean for agreed buildup; we confirm its scope and first-visit price before service.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
