Main Home, Guest Suite or Both?
Start with the rooms you want maintained each visit. If your home has a casita, guest suite or separate entrance, include its rooms and bathrooms in the quote request. Tell us when guests arrive so we can discuss preparing that space in addition to the rooms you use every day.
The Finish Matters As Much As the Room
Point out stone, wood, decorative fixtures and any manufacturer care instructions before work begins. Routine surface cleaning is different from restoration, polishing or sealing. We agree the safe, accessible tasks and any extras with you; a custom home does not need a guessed-at checklist.
Ready for Your Next Stay
If you leave for part of the year, request a clean before departure and another before returning. Confirm the dates, authorized access and expected condition. Recurring cleaning does not include property monitoring, security checks, pool care or outdoor maintenance.
Your First Clean and Ongoing Price
Recurring cleaning starts at $180 per visit. The initial deep clean and ongoing visits are priced separately. Weekly means every week, biweekly every 14 days, every three weeks every 21 days, and monthly one visit per month.

Can You Arrange Entry to Blackstone for a Cleaner?
The office arranges access with you privately after booking. We confirm arrangements before scheduling; we do not claim automatic access or an association endorsement.
Does My Casita Count As Part of the Main House?
List it separately with the rooms and bathrooms you want cleaned. We include agreed guest-space work in your quote so it is not assumed from the main-home size.
Will You Polish or Seal My Stone Floors?
Routine cleaning and specialist stone restoration are different services. Tell us the finish and care requirements; polishing, sealing and restoration are not automatically included.
Do I Need to Supply Products for Specialty Finishes?
Your cleaner brings supplies and equipment. Tell us about natural stone, delicate finishes and manufacturer care instructions before the visit so we can confirm the appropriate cleaning scope. Routine cleaning does not include polishing, sealing or restoration, and a product preference should be agreed before the appointment.
Is a Deep Clean Required Before Recurring Service?
We strongly recommend an initial deep clean for agreed buildup. It is quoted separately from maintenance visits. We confirm the scope and first-visit price before service.
Will I Get the Same Cleaner Every Time?
Yes. We schedule the same crew for your home every visit.
What If You’re Not Happy with a Visit?
If we miss anything, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll send the crew back to fix it at no charge. Call or text (623) 400-8372.
