No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Our cleaners will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly. Also, the rate quoted typically includes cleaning supplies and equipment.
We accept credit cards as well as E-transfers. Our system will automatically generate a hold on funds paid via credit card (including Visa debit) the day before your booked services. This is merely a hold and no funds have been removed from your account. The Visa debit cards will look like the money has been removed from your account. We assure you it has not. Your bank is holding it separately for you until the charge is processed after your services have been completed. E-transfers will need to be received by (cleaning company)the day before your appointment.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house.
One of the best things you can do is make sure there is as little clutter as possible. The cleaners will need to have access to surfaces to clean and if they are covered up by too much clutter they may be inaccessible. Make sure the floors are clear of items and debris. Communicate with your cleaner when they arrive (if you are home) a plan to make sure the cleaner has space to clean. Children, pets and other adults in the way can really hinder a job from being done in the best way possible. It can also be hazardous. Vacuum cords, cleaning products and supplies will be in the area with the cleaner and to mitigate accidents from happening it is best to give them space. Yes, all our cleaners are required to have a clear criminal background check and also be bondable. In addition, all of our cleaners are covered with general liability insurance.
We are! However if your pet is unattended when we are entering your home please have them put away or let us know if they are prone to escape or need to be put in a room while bringing in and taking out equipment.
We require 48 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s your cleaning day, please call our office by 7:30 am. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu. Remember you are home because you are contagious! Thank you.

Our cleaners focus on making your home comfortable and spotless, but there are certain tasks they can't handle. For safety and health reasons, our services do not include handling bodily fluids, cleaning up pet messes, or dealing with bug infestations. We also avoid cleaning extensive mold, since large infestations can compromise air quality. Our cleaners can't move items over 30 pounds or use ladders higher than two feet, so tasks requiring heavy lifting or access to high places are out of reach. Additionally, we don't clean inside fireplaces, pick up clutter, do laundry, wash dishes, or clean carpets.
